New production facility and storefront to make healthy easier for Houston area
Cypress, TX( RestaurantNews.com) Main Squeeze Juice Co .– the juice and smoothie bar franchise whose ownership group includes native Houstonian and current New Orleans Saints punter Thomas Morstead- is opening a brand new storefront and production facility in Cypress on February 26. This production facility are likely to be the first of its kind for Main Squeeze and will be located at 16734 House& Hahl Rd.
The Cypress location will be owned and operated by Marc Miller and Jeff and Tabitha Drost. The team worked together to create and build the new production facility idea and include a traditional storefront on-site. To celebrate its grand opening, the new store will be offering promotions including$ 5 smoothies, juices, and bowls, and a free t-shirt with a buy during the opening weekend. The Main Squeeze juice truck will also make a featured appearance at the grand opening.
“We were aroused to work with the Main Squeeze team on this new concept and to see it come together and be completed is an incredible feeling, ” said Drost. “As business partners, we are always looking at how we can streamline process, and this production facility will help us better supply our locatings and provide the freshest and highest-quality products possible to the local communities.”
The 1500 sq. ft. production facility will be supported fresh cold-pressed juice options that will be readily available for all of Miller and Drosts’ current and future stores. The new locating aims to facilitate an solely in-house supply chain for all their places to ensure freshness and consistency in product quality and taste.
“It was an incredible experience to work on this new idea that had never been done before at Main Squeeze and it is a huge milestone for everyone involved to see the production facility finished, ” said Miller. “We cannot wait to open our doors and display our customers and the Main Squeeze team how committed we are to making healthy easier for the Cypress community.”
In addition to their Main Squeeze places in Webster and Pearland, which opened in November last year, Miller and Drost have also signed on to open five more traditional places in the coming years. This opening is in relation to a big Texas move for Main Squeeze, which already has eight locations open in the Houston area and is continuing to expand across the state.
